Printing

Conventional offset

The paper, in Graphicom, white when fed, comes out painted. Offset presses, in two sizes, offer both traditional offset printing and U.V. printing.  We update our presses constantly, and all work goes through scrupulous quality control of the process from plate-making to sending printed sheets to the bindery.
Our network of associates provides printing on all manner of surfaces, allowing us to offer you all sorts of effects, from silkscreening to laser incision.
During breaks from printing proofs, customers can relax in a comfortable and hospitable library.

Stochastic screening

The stochastic, or Frequency Modulation, screen intervenes on the random frequency of dots on the surface to be printed. It therefore ensures a softer and highly detailed image, avoiding the moiré effect.
Thanks to its computer-to-plate system, Graphicom is able to print on the same printing sheet with traditional AM technology and FM methodology.

Printed cloth

Many binding materials can be printed, making it seem as if the cover is bound in custom-made cloth.

UV varnish

UV varnish is a special type of varnish that’s finished using an ultraviolet drying machine. It creates a more vivid, more luxurious and more tactile finish when compared to non-UV varnishes and adds an instant professional look to any printed project.

Blocking and foil

Hot stamping or foil stamping is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. The method has diversified since its rise to prominence in the 19th century to include a variety of processes.
